Easter Eggs

Here in Mexico, Easter is not a celebrated holiday. But we are recognizing it! Last night we did our traditional dying of the Easter eggs. There are no PAZ kits here....sad. So we made our own with food coloring and vinegar. The kids used crayons to draw on the eggs before dipping them in the food coloring and they thought the end result was pretty cool.  Jeff thought we should have done 3 dozen eggs like he did when he was a kid but I think that's because he wanted to color some eggs too. (I only did 1 dozen)

This morning the Easter baskets were filled with goodies and the Easter bunny hid the eggs all over the house. It was fun to watch them, Jeff wants to hunt for them next year so I told him I'll have to get him his own basket.
