Last year was our first Easter in Mexico and I remember going on my own Easter hunt for baskets and treats (beacuse of course I was helping out that cute furry rabbit) and I couldnt even find a Paas egg coloring kit. I had to resort to creating my own Spring inspired treats for my JJ and Leah.
Well this year I was soooo excited when Todd, who is also my boss man, this is a whole other post, invited our family to celebrate Easter in his home.....needless to say I jumped on that invite like flies on poop! He mentioned an Easter egg hunt and thats all I could think of. Last year the Easter bunny hid eggs in the house beacuse we didnt have a yard since we live in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
The kids had a blast and it was wierd that JJ was the oldest and last one in line to hunt for those eggs...he just keeps growing and growing.
Todd and his family made some of the yummiest food I have had the pleasure of eathing in such a long time! It really was a wonderful Easter...
