En mi cafe'

Goodness...Ive been on a crafting kick the past few days, it all started when we were exploring the marcado in Merida. Jeff pointed out some big burlap bags. He pulled one out to show me and it said hecho en Mexico. I loved it and knew I wanted to do something with it. Well when we got it home I noticed that I totally looked over what the back of the bag said.... enmecafe. In my cafe! well sort of.. I cut that side out and now its hanging in our kitchen, I even found some coffee beans still inside the bag...AKA my cafe! love love it! The other side is hanging in my entry. I love the rustic country feel of the burlap! And did I mention I paid 28 pesos for it!

I hold onto glass jars, I love using them for little things, crafty things you know. Jeff loves candles burning but those candle holders can get pricey, so I turned a jelly jar into a candle holder for either tea lights or votive, using "butter paper" known as vellum, some colored twine I have and linen cloth scraps, vwa-la! cute and cheap!
